Which is the best 15?

i have about 600 to spend on subs and i want to get 15's. i already have an amp, a Rockford BD1000.1 so now i just want to pick the right 15's. in my town we have alpine, jl audio,mtx,rf,kicker,eclipse,lightning audio,planet audio and diamond. keep in mind i only want to spend 600 on the pair. i want the subs to be mostly spl but a little sq dont hurt either. thanks.
