So recently I bought a Pioneer 880PRS and when I first installed it the mids weren't outputting very loudly and I had never had a problem with anything before that. I just figured it was defective because of all the problems these units seem to be having and I sent it in for the replacement. I got the replacement and I still had the same problem so I sent it in for them to fix this time and I got it back with the same problem. I started checking and I started by switching the mid and high rca's and also the mid and high speaker outputs. After doing this everything sounded great except for one thing, the mids dont seem to want to play under ~300hz. Now I don't have access to another amp to see if that's the problem that's why I'm asking you guys, what do you think the problem here is? Do I have an amp problem or do I have a Head Unit problem?
