which is better?

i need something to power 2 12' audiobahn flame q's. rms 1100, peak 2100. which would be better?

A1300HCX 1-channel Amplifier w/ remote gain knob

300x1 @ 4 ohm | 600x1 @ 2 ohm | 1200x1 @ 1 ohm RMS 300$$$

A2150HCX 2-channel Amplifier w/ remote gain knob

150x2 @ 4 ohm stereo | 300x2 @ 2 ohm stereo | 450x2 @ 1 ohm stereo | 1200 watts x 1 @ 1 ohm mono RMS 250$$$

A2200HCX 2-channel Amplifier w/ remote gain knob

200x2 @ 4 ohm stereo | 400x2 @ 2 ohm stereo | 600x2 @ 1 ohm stereo | 1600 watts x 1 @ 1 ohm mono RMS 330$$$

or is their a different amp i should look for? i dont want to spend over 330$$$
