which is better?

well guys I have a few questions on which one of these is louder. I have a USX800D which is stable down to 2 ohms and its 600rms x 1. I have two 1221D's Alpine Type R's in custom slot ported boxes. Would it be louder to get say three twelves wired them to a 2 ohm load giving approximately 200watts rms a piece. What impedance would it have to be to get a 2 ohm load if you wire three subs in parralel? Are type S alpines worth buying 3. Would 3 10's in a sealed enclosure be better? I'm up for any ideas. Oh and one last thing what is your opinion on 18" subs. Thanks

Oh i forgot to mention it doesnt matter what type of sub i just threw in alpine cause I like their stuff. So what would the impedance of 3 subs wired in parralel to produce a 2 ohm load. Are there even subs out there with the correct impedance?
