Which HU to get.........

Jus tryin to make up my mind on which HU to get my chooses are between the pioneer deh-p860 and the eclipse 8455. The only downfall of me getting the eclipse is that it is not a detach face and i need that in the city i live in, that sux. If there is anything else that close to the quality of these 2 Hu's please let me kno. Help me decide on which one to get and y

get the 8455. Who cares about the face not being detachable, eclipse has the ESN system to fix all that. 8455 is an awesome deck. 10 band eq on pro mode where you can have a dedicated 5 band eq for each the mids and the tweets. Very good active crossover. 8v/55ohm is not matched by any company.

oh really i might have to take the chance wit the eclipse and jus get my windows tinted. How does the security work on that HU. is it like the old eclipse when u had to put the cd in there whenever it was disconnected

def get the 8455. thanks jason for the deck. the diff between the 45 and 55 is in the pro mode. i'd only get the 55 if you're going to use active comps. otherwise save $$ and get the 45.

Stereo-in-Dash. Lets just say that if anybody want's a BNIB 8455 for 500 shipped... I can do that.

**** they want 500. i go up there quit a bit hopefully they can work sumthin out for me i will be up there friday to see what they can do for me, cause ive always wanted an eclipse HU and i think its time. Always heard good things about them but never had the chance to test them for myself. i guess next weekend will be the day to hear my system with clarity
