Which GPS would you go with?

I used to have Tom Tom one. First one wouldnt pick up the signal anymore after some time. It was still under warranty so i got exchange but that died on me as well. and wont turn on anymore.

Basically narrowed my search to these 2.

Nuvi's are the best in the price range IMO, never used a 250, but my 650 was well worth the extra $50 I'm sure

My buddies tom tom has been working for years.

Garmin seems to be the fav though.
