Which drill to buy?

Is this just for using at home or for work? I have a Black & Decker 24v that was $40 and works amazingly well and I like the feel/balance of it. Might save some $$$ unless your set on getting a Dewalt...

i used a .6v makita and dewalt when i was installing, they are still going 9 years later. i also had a cheapie black/decker that lasted 2-3 years, but the torque/drive was a bit sloppy. about 5 years ago i bought me a makita impact for seats and body bolts. get the 14.4V it should do most jobs you need it for

I was planning on using it for stuff around the house and for my car. If i become a installer then i would need a drill for work itself. So the 14.4v one is fine right? i was thinking of buying from either amazon or dewalt outlet.

14.4v Hitachi. People hate on it because it's small and Japanese, until they see me whip through enclosures in minutes. Has enough torque to not have to countersink and it works just as well as the day I bought it years ago. Best tool I own.

i got a craftsman professional 12v drill for sale. two batteries , charger and drill. link in my sig.

works excellent for boxes. havnt tried it on anything else though.
