Which Door Speakers?

I am about to be replacing the speakers in the door's of my sunfire. I'm not trying to spend alot since I am just buying something to hold me over until I can get my hands on a set of XXX's. I was just thinking of getting a nice set of coaxials until I get my stock check and sound deadening all done. For power I have a MTX 4200X. I was looking to spend around $100-150. The doors will fit 4x6's and 5x7's.
