Which Custom Sub to Buy??

Well Im torn between a 12" that needs a new dust cap for $213 shipped and a 15" better condition for $222. Im only going to be running around 300 watts rms until I can afford a stronger amp to go with it. The 12" was run with only that and put up really impresive numbers while the 15" he said I needed 600-1200 watts to make it sound good. Here are the links. Tell me which one would be better for SQ but could also really bump. Listen to alot of rock but sometimes I listen to rap so I want it to be able to get loud. I would try to find a cheap carbon fiber dustcap for the 12". Here are the links to each of the subs. as folling 12" then 15"

Really Torn between them. Really leaning towards the 15" just so i could have room for improvment but the 12" sounds great If i could get a carbon fiber dustcap for it.

Please all opions would help me out alot.
