If I have to pick from that list, the Focal's. I would pick a nice set of Rainbows over those. I have heard all but the Boston's BTW.

JL XR comps. I have them and wouldn't choose any others. Just don't pay the $400 retail for them.

man it's kind of ironic it seems maybe some people are biased based on others opinions because i asked the same question on carudioforum.com and almost no one picked the boston's and the majority picked cdt's. when i come here and ask the same questions the majority pick boston's and no one picks cdt's. the only reason i can see for the difference in voting on the two sites is some voted on this site based on the fact that they see others on this site praising boston's so much. and on caraudioforum.com everyone always talks about the greatness of cdt's so those who havent even heard cdt's vote for those and vice versus (spelling). interesting.......

The best thing for you to do is to go and audition these speakers for yourself. We cant make the dicision for you. Hearing alot of all the companies you mentioned, I liked the bostons the best . But thats only my opinion. Everyone has their own thoughts.

The Q's, mounting of the tweeters is paramount with that comp set. You definately don't want them on axis. A pillars mounting following the rake of the windshield could work well but it depends on your ride.
