How much power and where are you crossing them on both ends?
My M6's and aluminum DRT's just showed up tonight. The woofers look beefy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

My setup consists of :

m6 woofer, braxial mounted w/ drt26 Silk mounted low in the doors of my Titan.

560 crossovers,

UP500XT upstage,

ES-01 tweeters in the a-pillars

I am powering the whole front stage by an Arc XXK-2500 (275x2) and it gets loud. I might go active next time but I had all this stuff so I tried it and it seems to work well.

They are very beefy... seal up your doors good! You should see the ES-06+, now thats beefy!!!

you'll enjoy them deuce, especially that midbass //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif . just a heads up everyone, CDT is planning a site re-design shortly here in february (thank the lord)....i think they were waiting to get the rest of the home audio line out before going forward with it. hopefully site becomes a lot better...sure needed some work.

This is GREAT news... they recently did an update and that fixed some things but it needs a re-design desperately. I've emailed them on several occasions looking for info and asking when it would be updated. They just keep telling me (soon).

The Eurosports may have a little more detail in the midrange and better off-axis dispersion.... but the difference might not be much, I can't guarantee you would hear a noticeable difference.

well the sets you've listed from woofers at those prices are the older ES models which vary from the new ones (brown and orange). After using the older ones for a bit and now using the newer ones and then moving to the M6 in my 3way setup, i can say between the older ES and HD, the ES excelled in the mids and was quite smooth in the vocals but lacked all midbass. Newer ones are atleast equal with the HD on midbass now ( but if you really want midbass go ES-06/M6 or the 06+ drivers) But i'd say the ones you're looking at get the HD one, better all around performer. I own the Hd-62 components and i couldnt be happier! They sound great, they have a lot of vocals and strong midbass and the tweets are nice and smooth.. very natural sounding. I am running 200 rms to each side and they love it! I cant speak for the other speakers as i have no experience with them

The ES will sound more detailed compared to the HD's. ES610's FTW.
