Which CaI is best for my Car

Anyone is fine as long as it's a brand name and not some cheap ebay kit IMO. It's not like you'll gain 10hp from brand X vs brand Y.

Though out of the two I would say Volant. I'm not a fan of metal CAI's.

Injen.

You could get the ebay intake and throw and Injen, AEM, or K&N filter on it and be just as good and cheaper.

If off, the Injen one is not even a CAI, but a short ram.

For a CAI brand, you couldn't go wrong with Injen, AEM, Fujitsu, or even K&N.

A cheaper alternative is to get a cheap kit from Ebay, then just change the air filter with one of brands above.

the injen you have is not a cold air but rather a short ram which in my opinion is a waste because it just sucks the hot air back into the engine rather than given the engine colder air like a cold air intake...if your going to do it get an actual cold air. If you get the injen in a cold air then injen otherwise go with the volant

Volant, period. If you plan on running large power/ground wires, you'll need something less space consuming than the stock intake, so the Injen. If you want performance, don't waste the money. It's not gonna do a **** thing for the J30.

just do a REAL cold air intake make your own intake tube bring it all the way down your fender down in front or underneath in fender well to actually pick up cold air. i have a mark vii i made my own intake tube took out stock air box ran all the way down fender well drilled a hole in front mounted air filter cone right there got nothing but cold air.

And if you don't have the fender liners, then don't even mess with an intake. You'll be hydrolocked in no time.

you ask why

its a filter on a stick as long as the pipe fits then its good. so get te ebay one for $20, autozone for a AEM $20 filter and if you really care enough wile your there get new clamps and conectors. spending over $100 on a intake that is not made of carbon fiber and gold is not worth it.

An AEM bypass valve isn't a bad idea in wet-weather areas.
