Which Budget Subs?

Which of the following would be best for my needs? I want to have loud bass along with decent sound quality. I have narrowed my choices down to these, so please don't suggested something else. My choices are:

Will I be happy with the loundness of the Kickers? they are 150 RMS each sub and 300 RMS combined.

Don't understand how 300 watts can "sound like 1000", it either is or it isn't, lol. Biggest set of BS sentence I've ever read. That's like saying, "My 12" MTX Thunder 9500 is running off a 1501d, which is 1500 watts, but because it's in a nolteaudio.com snailshell enclosure it sounds like it's running off 4500 watts, w00t". I never buy my car audio off ebay unless it's trusted seller I know.

Will the Kickers get plenty loud for my first system and still have decent sound quality?

kickers,but dump the profile idea and look into something

a tad better at Millionbuy.com - Power Acoustic is one that IMO is a step up

and better allaround
