Two of my YARDSALE subwoofer have alittle tiny spots on the spiders. The previous owner was Ryan ruthaford and he wasn't very easy on them.

It's cool I gotta go build a sealed box now because I have my sub sonic filter off on my amp. I can't use it in a ported box :/

if I chose amp A, do I get the 2ohm type R and just run off a 1 ohm final impedance at the amp @ 1000w RMS?

Yes.. get the DVC 2 ohm sub and you can wire it down to a 1 ohm load on that PPI amp,.
