Google for gut shots. I dunno how to paste the pictures But u will see the Kicker "KS" owns that Orion. This Orion is NOT the beast we once knew and loved. My 0.02c I dont have experience with this(275g4) orion model however I do know what the kicker does, I just let one go on here, its currently forsale if ur lookin.

Also watch ur load to the kicker as some were picky about 1ohm loads.

kx 2500.1...hands down all day

2 ohm load, may not do 1 ohm. had 2, one didn't like 1 ohm at all. cut out a lot.

get an extra batt in the trunk next to the amp. keep above 12.5v and you're gold. itll slammmm face.

thx i thought the orion was 2500 watt rms. The kicker im rdy to buy but im prety new to this and im not sure my stock electrical system will handle it at one ohm. I have no proub running it at 2 ohms but i dont want to buy my speakers at duel 2 ohms and be screwd down the road if i want to drop them to one ohm.

I personally know the kicker kx thats forsale right now WILL do 1ohm no prob but its very hungry doin it. It will require Big 3 with a 1/0 a run of ofc, a big agm batt and possibly more. As with any amp that makes this kind of power.

First off that amp is a beast at 2 ohms, no need to run it at 1ohm. buy the two dual 2 ohms subs and get 2500+ watts at 2 ohms. Only reason to run that amp at 1 ohm is if you already have subs that will wire to 1 ohm. if you don't have subs yet and you want that amp, get dual 2 ohm subs.
