which amp..??

hi all, 1st post here....

im looking for a 4 channel amp to run in a 3 channel configuration, here's the speakers i want to run..

6x9s (450w peak / 140w rms each)

10'' lanzar MAX boxed (800w peak / 400w rms)

now, i have no real idea how to work out the correct wattage required from an amp, i'd like to push (90w rms x2 R/L 6x9s) & ( 300W rms to bridged rear channels for the sub)

Mutant Ascension 5 channel.

this should be more than enough rms power for my setup...

no one has anything to add..??, i realize the parts im suggesting are pretty crap but i need to know that this amp will work with them....?
