which amp??

ok i plan on getting an 15" xxx an im curious to which amp is the better deal. The two amps are the jbl 1200.1 and the re 35. I no that the re will put out a couple hundred more watts then the jbl an it also has an subsonic filter but im curious to as of which one would have more of an strain on my electrical system. But i would liek to no which amp would be best for thi ssub its goin in an 3ft sealed box.
