Which Amp??

Ok now Im not trying to compare the quality of these amps because I know which brand is better but I just want to know for the price which should I get. 1st I have 2 Alpine Type r 12"s (4ohm) 500 rms each... My choices are a Cadence txa-1000D for 175$ shipped.. Directed D2400 for 175$ shipped (180 day waranty)... or Drum Roll please...... Power Acoustik A2400DB for 150$ from a friend in town.... What should I go with???

to be honest with you that was what I was going to go with (power acoustik) because I trust who Im buying it from... I can get it whenever, and I know he had it hooked to 2 Rockford HX2 12's and they slammed....
