Which amp?

A friend of mine just got a pair of Power Acoustik SQ12's for $100 but now he needs an amp. Each have dual 4 ohm voice coils, 1400 watts max, 110oz magnet, spl of 92db. They'll be going in a 3^3 sealed box. He'd like an amp between 1600 and 2000 watts max, I'm sure he'd appreciate anything mentioned.

What is the rms?

i'll find out for sure soon, but i bet it's between 500 and 700 each
