Which Amp would be better

Well i got a Type R 10'' looking for a mono amp to power it . I came across a few amps that fit the bill as far as power and price , just looking for some feed back or suggestions on these or any that you think would be a better buy ( price point $150 to 200) here are the ones that I found PA a1000bd , Fosgate type rf x5(ebay) ,alpine V m650 . They are all between 600-800 rms @2ohm I'll be buying asap so even if u got one laying around that you need to get rid of shoot, must be class d mono,
