Which Amp Would Be better

which amp would you choose both the same price the clarion 400 watt 4 channel amp (APA450) http://www.clarioncanada.com/en/products/amplifiers/APA450.html

or a premier 600 watt (gm- 6150f) http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/pna/product/detail/0,,2076_183982244_152869105,00.html

im leaning towards the premier for more power, im using it to power to rockford subs and two clarion SRS1625 front 6.5 inch speakers. Rite now i siad iwant the premier amp butthe sotre didnt have any and htey gave me the clarion on amp to use until they get premier amps in next week. they said ifi like hte clarion keep it, its hooked sounded good until my headunti doesnt work it fades on dimly then goes of and my door ajar light comes on and off like the deck. Also my interior lights dont work anymore (like hte dome lights or the floor lights) so my subs sounded good and speakers pretty good until my head unit wiring got messed somehow ( i pulled it out to swithc in longer rca cables and it doenst work now) so any info on my h/u porblem and suggestion on amplifiers owuld be greatly apreciated

i'd go wit the pioneer def. love there amps, awesome quality
