which amp to push my cvx 10s?

i am on a tight budget but i want to know what would be better to get... i need something to push my 10' kicker cvxs... not looking for HUGEEEE BASS but just something that will do its job...

either a ockford fosgate 800.2 amp or a punch p4004 amp 4 channel

what would you get? i can get the rockford for about $120 at the lowest.... and the other one he only wants like $40..
