Which amp to buy?

i have been around lots of amps tested lots of amp, and i tell u think now ona 14v setup it didnt do 1400w. so there goes that. who cares about ikesound, go where its the cheapest which is ebay. i got my R for 75bux each. hmmmmm SO HE CAN DO THE SAME. so about 200 for subs like i said, and that leaves him 300-400 for an amp. wow, a used viper 2500.1 or an used orion 2500d //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif if he really wants it, he can PM me and i can get him setup within his budget. and dream of having, plz, ive prob been around more caraudio and used more than u ever would. talk wha u kno, cuz u obviously dont kno me. and bike junkie i dont wanna even start wit u, i post wha i want, if u dont like it, u have the freedom of not reading it, thats america

I have tested multiple... buddies have tested multiple... your not getting more than 750 watts out of them PERIOD. They don't like to be wired down and they **** at a higher load, they only run @ 1 ohm with your typical impedence rise. Normally you arent getting more than 650 actual watts ouf of the amp. thats approx on par with the alpine mr1000d, and hifonics bx1605.

Also, the Viper runs $355+shipping @ ikesound.. oh and GL trying to find one refurb'd at that price elsewhere. So $355 + $23shipping = $373 Two 12" Alpine Type R's from ikesound = $230 + $50 shipping = $280shipped..

So let's see.. $373+$280 =$653.00. Looks like we went over his budget, dumbass.

As noted above already, get the NINe.1. Not only do you NOT have to worry about getting ripped for buying a refurb/used amplifer.. but they come with a 3 year warranty. And I don't care what kinda amp it is.. alot can happen in 3 years!

Refurb from ikesound comes straight from directed... its like getting a brand new amp.

Or pay the same amount and get less than half the actual output power? WHich btw, I don't think the viper 2500's are available anyway... which on that note, the viper 1200, or any of those offerings are JUST AS GOOD as the nine.1, and a hell of alot cheaper.

Also.. on a final note.. please ignore users like SBLAZER. All they do is go around spamming BS about shit they've never even had and dreamed of having. When I buy something, I look for something thats gonna last.. not something thats been used/refurbished and only last me a short peroid. (not saying refurbs/used items are bad) But with a 3 year warranty.. seriously, how could you go wrong?

Sorry to tell you, but a nine.1 is a very unreliable amp... that 3 year warranty will most likely have to be used, and your out of an amp for a week or 2 while it gets fixed.

I would take which ever you could get for less money, both will do the job.
