i mean, if it's rated at only 375 watts at 4 ohms, this amps not gonna be able to fry eggs runnin it at 1 ohm is it?

Neither of those will actually do the rated power of 1500WRMS.

Decent amp, giving you the power you need, and around the price you want.

i was sure they were overrated, but what would they bench at? prob like 1kwrms at 1 ohm 11v? or would that be more of a 14.4v reading? my main goal is to get at least twice as much power to my sub for ~3db increase? so im lookin at hopefully saving some cash and just sticking around 175$, would the Crunch P1500.1 be a good amp for me?

they don't list the 1 ohm rms rating? would it be at least 800-1kw?

That's a good choice, it'll give you about 1200-1300WRMS, if these are like the older models (over rated). Do you not want to buy used?

i just forgot about that quantum before that post. if it's still not sold by next payday i'll get it, but otherwise im thinking a hifonics. it would be fun to mess with people when they saw the 4000kw on the quantum lol.

stock electrical with 4awg a good idea for it then? i wouldn't want the whole 1700~ from it just around 1250.

this amp doesnt draw to much current it keeps at about 13.0v and doesnt drop much more, im runnin it on a stock battery in a chevy tahoe
