Which amp out of the two?

To power my 2 type r 1022d. Dual 2 ohm. Just anting something affordable for now.

Well first of all, why did you get the dual two ohm version of the R's? That will limit your power output of the amp that you choose because you can not wire the subs to 1 ohm, and neither of those amplifiers are .5 ohm stabl, so 2 ohms is the only impedance you can go with...

But out of the two, I would choose the DEI because they are known to do their rated power. Hifonics will not put out the claimed power rating and they have some reliability issues as well.

NEITHER AMPS cause you're gonna need to find an amp that does the power at 2 ohms or 0.5 ohms now!......
