Which Amp Is Best?

I have 4 mtx thunder 4000 10 inch subwoofers in a sealed box and i was wondering which amp would poweer these subs best and still sound good, i dont want a shitty amp i want something of good quality but my budget isn't real high.

What's not real high? Numbers would be helpful...

there's my subs and my budget isnt high i dont have a whole lot of money to spend, $150 maybe a little more.....
