which amp for mtx 9500

Hey I've been looking around and have come down to two amps that I just can't seem to decide on. I have a 12" Mtx 9500 and I can't decide on an Alpine MRD-M1005 D or the Memphis MRD1500. Obviously, the Memphis amp is pushing out more than the Alpine, but I think that the Alpine will suffice just nicely. Should I go with the alpine cause its somewhat cheaper or wait for more money and go with the Memphis.
