I am going to purchase a set of Image Dynamics CTX65CS speakers for my truck and I need an amp for these. They are rated at 100 watts rms. I found 2 contenders at Crutchfield.

Which do you think would sound better? I have heard RF amps usually do more power than advertised so I hope the Fosgate amp would have enough umph for those speakers. Any other suggestions are welcome, but I feel a lot better buying authorized. (Especially since these prices are better than unauthorized for these particular amps.)
