Which amp for HAT Unity?

What's up guys? Alright, so I just placed the order for my set of HAT Unity's, and need some suggestions for a good amp for them, what have you guys used or recommend? Thanks!

Depends on how SQ you want to get with it.

If you want to get SQ nasty go with a Mosconi 100.4

If you want a good class A/B go with an Ampere Audio 125.4/CT sounds/Sundown/DC

According to db-r Mosconi amps are extremely overrated/overpriced. Just thought I'd share.

If you are truly looking to get SQ into a car, the install is the most important part. Throwing 800 dollar speakers on a 1000 dollar amp in the stock mounting locations, with no work done to the doors isn't going to get you far.

I had a guy who used to work at a local audio shop check it out, and he said he could build some angled speaker pods, so i'm thinking about doing that, plus sound deadening, but I just want to make sure I pair them with an amp that's going to do them justice. Also, quick question, what do you think would be better for imaging, placing the tweets a little above the mids, or placing them in the A pillars? Open to any and all suggestions, thank you!

The best amp for the Hybrids is the one that works. Seriously. I love HAT to death, but the Unity are set up well enough that, so long as you don't get an amp that's prone to massive coloring of the sound, then you'll be fine. You're benefiting from the Unity's high sensitivity and crossover block already. Focus more on proper install and you'll see far more gain than in driving yourself mad over amp selection.
