Which amp for 2 RE 8"

i think i have narrowed it down to two amps for my Resonant Engineering RE 8"

the two amps are the hifonics ZX6400 or the Cadence Z9000

i would like to run these subs at 4 ohm either way but the hifonics amp has to be mono brdged what does this mean and can i run my subs at that
