which 4 channel amp and why?

I'm looking for a 4ch. amp and I've really been leaning toward either:

Alpine's MRV-F345

or JL Audio's 300.4

which amp is better for mids/highs SQ-wise?

What kinda speakers do you have?

a pair of MB Quart PCE-216s in the front and JL VR690-CXi's in the rear

the fronts are rated from 60W-130W while the rears are rated for 80W continuous

I'm just researching on these two particular amps

I picked the MRV-F345 series because I like the way it looks and people have told me that they're good amps

the JL series because I have a 500.1 powering my sub and it's done very nicely...if the 300.4 is a good amp it would be nice to have matching amps for a potential rack.

From my limited experience with amps I have heard that alpine and jl are good but significantly overpriced. But if you are set on one of those two and you can get them for the same price I would go with the alpine.

I got a orion 8004 it puts out 100rms*4 of true power it works great. Also it is cheaper. I think there is one on ebay right now.
