which 15's sealed have the most spl?

i want to replace my 2-15L7's with another pair that will give me more spl. it will either be powered by 1-zx2500 or 2-zx1500's. any suggestions?

im currently hittin 144.6 on the TL. looking for a 2+ db increase. i dont have room for ported.

Sealed? You need 1) more power, or 2) greater efficiency, to acheive greater xmax. Whatever combination of speakers and amps you want to accomplish that goal should work fine.

In sealed systems, displacement/excursion x cone area reigns supreme. Get more.

I know the L7s are actually suppose to(according to specs) to do really good in sealed enclosures, even tho every1 ports them.....

nt sure of any "spl monster" that does good sealed

Let me be more clear. For the most SPL out of a sealed system, you want the most excursion possible given the maximuum amount of cone area allowable in your vehicle.

no SPL sub is meant for sealed.....1 btl or 9512 ported would have potential to be louder...maybe on 2 zx1500s

but plz dont get 2 of these and seal them

I agree with everyone else. 1 spl sub in ported enclosure will have greater potential than 2 L7 12's sealed. I would'nt replace the drivers with 2 similiar I would rethink the entire setup. What kind of vehicle are you using and what are you using for power?

i have a dodge charger. i have 1-zx2500 and 2-zx1500's. i currently have 2-15in L7's. i was checkin out those audiopulse lms 15's. was thinking maybe go 1 of those or maybe 2 re mx's 15's sealed or 2-9512 or 1-9515. im still insure which route i want to go
