i usually only listen to commercial, corporate rap, and the way some of these albums are mixed and mastered now @ days is horrible.
Though the phrasing could be improved, you've kind of hit a valid point. When folks are younger, they become exposed to new music via relationships with friends and the like, finding the time the time to listen and explore. When they get older, that time becomes much more limited, as does the exposure. Unless one's interest in music runs deep enough, finding new releases that mimic the music of one's youth isn't easy, but they do exist. OTOH, if listening to music is a hobby and the interest is there, great music lies at every turn.Listen to grandpa over here. I love the people who claim only good stuff was when they were first getting into it, and now everything being done/made *****. Maybe you **** old man.
