IIRC they are only available in 12" to start. I may be wrong on that tho.

And the mounting depth of the 12" was ungodly....like 15" or something IIRC.

I really don't see the point of all these discussions. No one has gotten anything solid yet. All you have is pics and something said here and somethign said there. All we know for sure is that they will take a deep *** enclosure and they have a lot of motor travel.

i was told by RE that they should be able to release more info to the public on the new woofer around the 18th of jan. they have to inform all their dealers before they can tell us.

But also keep in mind RE has released some specs and info on this thing, so its not just a bunch of guys pulling stuff out of their posterior either. i think RE is basically the only manufacturers that rls's actualy true specs on their products. Chances are i might think about getting a new RE than a MOFO12 depending on the specs and exactly "how" much they will cost.

I heard they were making 12, 15, and 18. the motor or something was too big for them to make a 10. Not sure if that's true, so no flaming. Just what I heard. Think it was one of those posts on SD

Hey bigrick...where did u get that price from? jw, that sounds about right tho from what ive heard, in the 100-200 dollars more than xxx range. Also, i agree with audioholic. When new things are about to cmoe out we get excited and anticipate the product, and we like to discuss this with each other, who cares of we dont kno the exact cost or power ratings, its just something fun to do and we look forward to when the product info really is official.

One other thing...I believe this "RE Bandwagon" thing has gotten a little out of hand. Now, its like if u suggest any RE sub over another sub, it means u are on the bandwagon, u are just some fan boy. Yes, some ppl who dont kno shit and have never heard any RE products will suport the company and suggest them, u will find ppl like that with a lot of companies. But i believe y RE has such a high number of ppl on its "bandwagon" is that they make a great product for a very reasonable price.
