ok....internal dimensions 21.5L x 27.5W x 18.5H putting me in the 6.3ish cubs internally

4.5 inch x 18.5 = 83.25 square inches of port area.... port is 22.25in long (call it 22)

external deminsions are 23L x 29W x 20H

and yes this is my old xxx 15 box, i just knocked out the 2 other baffles for more internal volume.....just curious bout my tuning....

no, the only turn is the .75 inch board 4.5inch away from the back.... port is only that one piece of board

if i shorten/widen/move that piece and move it ovr can i change the tuning to 30Hz?? the net volume just needs to be above 6 cubs??

correction on previous i that that was 6.3 gross not net

so tuning now is at a little over 35hz

getting to 30hz would either require you to take port down to 3 x 18.5

or

make the port 33" long which would porb take you under 6cubes

if what i add 2 pieces of mdf and go from 4.5in wide to 3in wide and add a piece to the back to make it 3in at the turn...woudl it be possible?

what would my net volume be if i did it the other way?

it would take the volume down to 5.8 cubes which would efectively change the tuning again so it would need to be recalculate the tuning once more
