i didn't know bears liked swamps. next time i'm in daytona i'll keep that in mind.actually yes. lots of parts of daytona is woods, mostly along the outskirts..but i live in a little city about 10 miles away from daytona
we have cops come out all the time..they dont bust us even for underage drinking. they just come out, make sure our fire is far enough away from the trees and arent being too rowdy..but if some dumbass brings a gun out and starts shootin it off then its a different story..but if were out there just havin a good time they usually overlook us as long as were being somewhat careful about it. keep in mind..my city (deland) is about 4 miles across in every direction, everyone knows everyone. if you go out for errands one day..youll bump into the same people at different placesfor people who think they can party in the woods, the cops and dnr patrole the woods constantly looking to bust up parties.
