Where to splice for LOC

I have a 99 Grand Cherokee with the infinity gold amp and speakers, the amp is located under seat in the rear passanger side( http://www.wjjeeps.com/radio_amp3.jpg) Im going to be puting in a LOC but im trying to figure out where to tap into the rear speakers. I CAN figure out which wires are which on the harness so.. do I put the LOC Behind the factory HU or splice it in close to the amps harness under the seat or where?

Oh and also in the 3nd link their is wire 13 (enable signal to amplifier) for the infinity, can I just splice my remote wire to my amp into that so I dont have to run it to another place for my sub amp to turn on?

I would splice into it before the amp

do the line out converter at factor amp, cause you can get teh signal and remote turn on their and its less wires to run. but tap the loc at the input side.

What he said .... kinda.

Use the remote wire that goes to the factory amp for your remote wire to the aftermarket amp.

Splice in your LOC on the INPUT side to the factory amp.

Remote turn-on and signal wires can be found just as easily behind the head unit. The one advantage to wiring behind the head unit is that you'll have the RCA cables in place if you ever decide to upgrade. If you don't think you'll ever replace the factory head unit, then the wires at the factory amp are easier to get to.

Ok thanks alot guys... actually the hu is just as easy also because it like slides out practically. I think I will just do it by the amp then cause less distance for rca run so possibly less noise maby, am I correct?
