Where to put reinforcemnets for box

I m pretty much done with a 4.2 cu ft enc. tuned 35. But where do i put the reinforcments for the box. I have 3 x 4 wood blocks cut at 45 degrre angles to perfectly fit along the coners but on the left it gets in the way of the port. Does this matter..

Wheere do i put the reinforcemnts so the box doesnt flex
