Where to put a sub?

I have a Audi 2012 audi a6 c7 which I am limited in space. What I would like to know if any of you have placed sub woofers in the car and if so where? Someone told me to get rid of the spare tire and I would be able to put two shallow mount 12's there. What are your thoughts?

infiniti bmw audio and any of those cars **** for aftermarket upgrades! im sure you can fiber glass SOMEWHERE to get some beats money!

I have a 2013 S6, which is essentially the same car that you have.

The car's battery is in the tire well. That's going to make it hard to put a subwoofer enclosure down there unless you move it. My car also has the air suspension, and the compressor in down there too.

So in my car we did my 2 x 12" subs on an infinite baffle wall that seals off the trunk behind the passenger seats pass-thru.

I lost almost no trunk space, and the sound quality is better IB than with a sub box.
