Where to hide "things that need to be hidden" in my house?

So after living at college for 3 years basically on my own, im back home for the summer with my family and it's kind of wierd. I am not sure if they would approve of what i like to do in my spare time, so i have a few things that need to be hidden away. What is the best way to do this in a standard bedroom? I dunno about leaving them in a drawer because my mom might go through it one day looking for something else. Also no need to make any unwarranted assumptions in this thread about what I'm hiding.

PS - i need to still keep them in my bedroom though. I was thinking in one of the empty drawers by my computer desk perhaps?

you can use your imagination on that. But they do need to be hidden in my bedroom, definately can't leave them sitting out.

it has to be easily accessible, i can't hide it in a speaker box like you are suggesting because that would be a giant hassle each time taking it in and out.

hide them in a bright pink canister with the contents labeled so that you can find them when you need them
