where to ground ?

I have decided to place an amp under a rear seat. So far all is going well except for a ground location. I cant seem to find a good available source. Anyone ever work on a 2003 yukon, denail , tahoe, suburban type SUV? They are relatively the same... Any tips would help , the seat bolts looked tempting but the bolts are all painted and are on painted metal.
