Like I said before, I browsed since '01. I was in the Army, stationed in Korea. After September 11, I got selected to pull guard duty, so while I was resting waiting for my shift, I discovered these forums. Best thing since sliced bread. I decided to join in '04. yeah and with blending the morel take a shit on all of those

And then you woke up. Subwoofer blending is 90% level matching/frequency response and phase. Beyond that you have distortion from body panels as well as higher order harmonics to worry about being the more minor concerns. If you get the first 2 things right almost any sub can blend into a front stage, regardless of who's name is on the sticker.

Secondly, the woofers Papermaker mentioned are all lightyears ahead of ANYTHING morel has ever made. Morel is good at being known for "SQ" while basically producing heavily overpriced, low quality gear. Their actual measured specs tend to not meet label claims and the unit to unit consistency isnt' great either.

morel has never impressed me with its pricey comps/woofers.. ive proven many many times even cheap *** type S/polk db series woofers could equal there "top end" woofers and comps..
