Where to get metered in frederick maryland or some place near fredericksburg virginia

I am trying to find a place to get my truck metered. I have a an ascendant audio avalanche that gets pretty loud for now, but eventually I will be giving it full power and will want to get metered along side with my friends rides. I'm near Frederick Maryland and on the way to my dads I go through frdericksburg virginia. So if anyone knows of a competition or a just a shop I would love to know.
