Box for HT sub?

I'm assuming a box for a home audio application is much different than that of a car.

anywhere I can get info on how to design on for home audio use? Or someone here who could design one?

I use my HT for Movies/Games/Music. In that order. music being a very insignificant part of its use.

Generally larger and tuned lower is what works best to give you an extended bass shelf(EBS) down to 20hz and possibly lower with the right setup. What sub are you using?

Well all I currently have to use is a 10" lanzar MAX sub Lanzar spec., which will hopefully be better than the crappy ONKYO sub that came with my system. It will be powered by a 290watt amp.

I'm going to have some time over winter break, so I wanted to make this my project for the month.
