I have Dayton DC mids and Pioneer tweets... no, its' not pretty but it gets the job done... I'd like to get some 2.5KHz 12 dB xovers, but I don't really want to spend $40 on the set from PE on a set of $40 mids + tweeters. However, I am getting some overlap I want to get rid of.

I pieced together the parts on PE and it's still expensive. Hope I don't get flamed for being a cheap ass....

I guess you could buy some used crossovers on ebay, I see some once in a while for only $10 or so. Then if you need to change the crossover points then just change the components in the crossovers that need to be changed.
