where to find small pulleys for 3rd alt build?

Ok so I made my own dual alt bracket a few years back with scrap angle iron a 3.5in idler pulley for tension and about an hr of cutting welding and mounting....just pulled it and fabricated one for 3 alts but dont have the room for 3.5" pulleys.

I have searched online...went to all auto stores and the smallest I can find is 3in...I need about 2.5in its for 5.3 engine so 6 groove belt so needs to be an inch wide sine the belt is 7/8" I believe.

so if anyone else has made there own or knows of a pulley please let me know.

if need be 3in will work I will just have to change my bracket to 2 up top and 1 onthe bottom but that will involve a significant amount of more work.
