where to find discontinued parts?

my husband bought a Clarion VMA7191 monitor on ebay, and the guy sent it without the housing. he has searched every parts place he can think of, and googled it, and of course searched ebay, but hasnt been able to find it.

i was wondering if anyone would know of a good place to look? The part hes looking for is HRM150.
