Where to find DD1508's?

Ayone one know of any site that sells the DD1508's?

i asked about them to DD and they said MSRP is $165 and i don't want to pay that much for an 8" from them...anyone know where i can get them cheaper?

You could drive up here to Fresno...we have a dealer out here for them...You could get them for prob 15-25 cheaper a piece if you bought a few of them...you could also go with Audioque 8's...they are almost identical...

if you want cheaper go with the Audioque SD 8" for 89.00 pretty close to the DD

I just got another CF cap 1508 for $150, but I have a great hookup. For my first 3 I paid $540 with the dustcap option, that was before finding my friend. But honestly, $150 for these things is not a ton for what your getting, they're little beastly subs lol. yea dd direct is probably the best way, they took like 2 1/2-3 weeks to process and ship mine tho..

It depends if they have em in stock....you sure your weren't made to order? First time I waited 3 weeks, this time I got my sub from DD in exactly a week from monday to monday

I like the audioques better than the DD's in my opinion they have cooling in the basket. You just don't get the fancy carbon fiber dustcap option. Check em out.

i agree the new vented baskets on the SD's are a big +1 for Audioque over the DD's

people run like 1k + rms to those 8" and put up pretty impressive numbers for 8" so I guess you get what you pay for.

Maybe konaki makes an 8" DD rip off those would be cheap, the audioque is also a viable option.
