Where to buy wiring hardware - fuse holders, distros, etc.

Before I go to the local shop and spend way too much....

I'll be doing the Big 3 plus a 1/0 front to back. I'll need wire ends. Do crimp ends provide that much benefit over the set screw (mechanical) type? I've always crimped with vise grips, a blunt chisel, and a hammer, but the set screw (mechanical) style one-hole lugs are much easier to install.

I'll need a fuse holder. Best place to buy online?

I'll be powering an AP 15001.D. Will I need a distro and drop the 1/0 to something smaller to fit the amp or will the AP accept 1/0? Is there an end I can just put on the 1/0 so that the amp accepts it?
