Where to buy replacement gasket?

I need a replacement gasket for my JL 12w3, as I am in the process of restoring it. I was just wondering where I can buy a replacement gasket for the outside of it. It doesn't have to be OEM, I just need a replacement so it looks halfway decent. For any of you who don't know what I'm talking about, here's a picture:

i've seen ones for the alpine type r 12 on ebay before. should work though i would think.
